Born to a Midlander mother and Raen Father some thirty years ago, Takemi is not your usual Hyur. Scales trickle across his body, sleek white specks upon marred and inked flesh to tell you of his history.Dark locks hang over a weary face, worn and marred through time. Bright eyes, a sickly yellow with limbal rings stare back and pearlescent fangs peak behinds frowning lips; small traits of his father pushing through, along with his taller than usual height for a Midlander, standing at over 200cm.He has come to work for the Sekisegumi for the last 5 or so years, though he lost his right arm early on in his service - he has not let such a fact hold him back, and the prosthetic arm he had gained has proven just as capable - if not more, than his own.
Hooks:- He can often be found around Kugane on Duty, dressed in the traditional Sekisegumi garbs. Do you have an issue within the city of Kugane? Alert the Sekisegumi, he will be there! Are you the issue within Kugane?
